This Privacy Policy explains how Aac Business connections, doing business as Blueprint Coaching (“Blueprint Coaching,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you visit our websites, buy our products, message us on Instagram, or receive our texts and emails.

Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, and anything you submit in forms, emails, texts, or direct messages.

Purchase information. What you bought, when, and the amount. Card and payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

Instagram and social media information. If you message us, comment on our posts, or reply to our stories on Instagram, we receive through Meta’s official Instagram API: your Instagram username and account ID, the content of your message or comment, the time it was sent, and any public profile information you have made available. We only receive this information when you contact or interact with our account.

Automatic information. Basic device, browser, and page-visit information collected through cookies and similar technologies on our websites.

• To respond to your messages and comments and to deliver what you ask for, such as a guide, a download, or a booking link.
• To process orders, deliver products, and provide customer support.
• To send you emails or texts you have asked for or agreed to receive, including marketing messages if you opted in. You can opt out at any time.
• To operate, secure, and improve our websites, products, and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and to prevent fraud and abuse.

We use software to help us respond to people efficiently. This includes messaging automation tools and artificial intelligence services that may read your message and help draft a reply. A person at Blueprint Coaching reviews and approves replies to your messages before they are sent, except for simple automated responses to specific keywords you send us, such as a reply that delivers a link you requested. We do not use your messages to train AI models, and we require our service providers to handle your information only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to provide their services:

• Payment processing: Stripe.
• Websites, forms, email, text messaging, and customer records: GoHighLevel / LeadConnector.
• Instagram messaging and automation: Meta (Instagram) and our messaging automation provider.
• AI services: providers that help us draft and organize replies.
• Legal and safety: authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Opt-in information collected for text messaging is not shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about your order, our programs, and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Our websites use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used, and measure our marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly without them.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy or as the law requires. Messages and contact records are kept while you are an active customer or contact and are deleted or anonymized within 24 months after our last interaction, unless we are required to keep them longer (for example, order and tax records).

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, including information we received from Instagram, or to stop contacting you.

To request deletion of your data:

• Email blueprintcoaching.support@gmail.com with the subject line “Delete my data.”
• Include your Instagram username (if you messaged us there) and the email address or phone number you used with us, so we can find your records.
• We will confirm your request by reply, verify that it is you, and delete your information within 30 days. We will tell you once it is done. We may keep limited records we are legally required to keep, such as payment records.

You can also remove our access to your Instagram information at any time in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to opt out of certain sharing of your information or to appeal a decision. Contact us to exercise them.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No system is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the appropriate authorities as required by law.

Our websites and services are for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here.
